Kelsey R. Reilly, a proud native of Sevierville, Tennessee, has deep roots in East Tennessee, which is reflected in her dedication to serving the community. After completing her undergraduate studies at The University of Tennessee - Knoxville, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government in 2015, Kelsey went on to pursue her juris doctorate degree from the Lincoln Memorial University- Duncan School of Law, graduating in 2021.

Now a partner at the Herrera, Reilly & Associates, PLLC, Kelsey focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate. However, her areas of practice extend to other areas, including divorces, and conservatorships.
