Daniel was raised in Bayonne, New Jersey, and moved to the beautiful city of Knoxville, Tennessee for law school. Since moving to Knoxville, Daniel graduated from the Lincoln Memorial University - Duncan School of Law, where he met his wife Elaine. Daniel started the Law Office of Daniel A. Herrera, PLLC in 2020 and has since helped clients all across the State of Tennessee.
